The challenge
Design the look of a high precision food portion cutter with accessible parts for maintenance.
Our solution
This machine combines state of the art technology for creating a high precision cutter.
It is suited for portioning fish, poultry and meat.
The machine can be completely opened for easy cleaning. The belts can be taken out
separately for maintenance. The choice of materials is strongly determined in function
of the hygienic requirements in the food industry.
